  • Together with your organization, we verify how close or far off you are from this target state. 
  • We identify the most relevant development priorities together with your organization and, if you wish, help you evolve towards the target state. 

Our Engager-method

In our Engager method, which focuses on the impact of development, we combine the active involvement of your organization, our deep experience and expertise in organizational development as well as our digital diagnostic platform, Engager. The 3+1 main steps of our method: 

1. Shared view

We co-create a shared view of the target state and the building blocks of the future operating model, leadership, organizational culture, or strategic capabilities. 

2. Gap analysis

Based on the shared view, We conduct a digital self-assessment to illuminate the current state and to identify how close/far of we are from the target state. 

3. Roadmap

We collaboratively interpret the results of the self-assessment, assist in prioritizing developmen initiatives, and, based on that, build a development roadmap. 

4. Development

If the client wishes, we support the organization in developing its operating model, leadership, culture, and capabilities as well as measuring progress.

I have worked as a management consultant in demanding strategic leadership and organizational transformation projects since the 1990s, most recently in Northern Europe and Southeast Asia. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive international expertise and experience in strategy processes, operating model and structural reforms, developing leadership and management systems and lately in organizational culture and service design. I am also the creator and developer of the Engager organizational diagnostics tool. In my work, I believe in the power of transparency and people engagement: change may start in the board room, but its success and impact are determined by individuals’ renewed thinking and actions.

I have worked with over 200 organizations, with my longest client relationship starting in 2002. 

I specialize in leadership, culture, and customer experience development, change work, impactful coaching, and problem-solving. 

In my work, I don’t promote any “superior” ideology or ism because none such exists. My approach is hyper-customized, based on experience, active listening and observation, systemic thinking, the use of the most suitable methods, and interaction with people.
